Tom Gibbons has worked as a Artist and Animator in the Bay Area for over 25 years. He's worked as a Freelance Illustrator, Welder and Fabricator, and Jewelry Designer.

He started his film career with independent music videos, video games, Saturday morning cartoons and commercials.

Several of his Independent Short Animated Films have won awards and been featured in foreign TV markets.
His portfolio includes an ongoing painting and sculpture series “Figures and Forms”. Also independent stop motion projects including MAD GOD with Phil Tippett.

He is presently an Animation Supervisor at Tippett Studio where he works with Directors, Supervisors and Animators.

Some of his film credits include, James and the Giant Peach, Starship Troopers, Hollowman, The Matrix: Revolutions, Charlotte’s Web, Enchanted , and the Twilight Series.
